Everything you need to know before booking your ride with MedPath Transport.

At this time, MedPath Transport is a private-pay NEMT provider. We do not currently bill Medicaid or insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and digital payments. Please contact us if you have questions about payment options.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that medical situations change — please just call us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Yes. Our drivers will meet you at your door, assist you to the vehicle, and walk you to the entrance of your destination. We are here to make the entire trip as easy and comfortable as possible.

Absolutely. We specialize in recurring medical transportation and can set up a standing schedule so you don't have to book each trip individually. Call or email us to set up a recurring plan.

Yes. All MedPath Transport drivers undergo thorough background checks and are trained to assist ambulatory passengers in a safe, professional, and respectful manner.

Wheelchair-accessible transportation is coming soon. Currently we serve ambulatory passengers only. Please contact us directly if you have mobility-related questions and we'll do our best to assist or refer you appropriately.

Yes, one accompanying passenger (caregiver, family member, or attendant) may ride along at no additional charge. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
